Course Overview
This course is meant to equip participants with knowledge of good Grants management practices. It’s designed equip the participants with best practices, essentials skills in effective grants management and the ability to understand the Primary functional areas of Grants Management Process. Most of the development projects are financed through grants from donors. It is the responsibility of the project management team to ensure that the limited resources are used optimally and efficiently to achieve maximum impact. The participants will also explore the Grants Management Cycle. At the end of the course participants will appreciate the emerging issues and trends in the Grants management.
Target Participants
The course is designed for top and Middle level managers of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), State Corporations and other donor funded institutions and these include grants management officers/managers, financial managers and the project managers of donor funded projects.
